New Beginnings, from CEO Gauri Sharma

It’s been almost two years since Lab42 was first founded. We got our beginnings as a way to  gather consumer feedback quickly without breaking the bank, and have grown into a full-service market research agency. In the past two months, we’ve doubled both our sales and research teams. We’re growing, but at 10 team members, we’re still lean.

As we position ourselves for further growth, we can’t help but be proud of how we have proactively addressed gaps in the marketplace by expanding our capabilities to fit our clients’ needs. As a result of our expanded offerings, we decided to take a step back and realign all of Lab42 into one cohesive brand.

Throughout this rebranding process, we remained focused on conveying our steadfast commitment to our clients. We even consulted with them throughout the process to ensure that we were still communicating all the reasons they love working with us time and time again.

The result is a brand new website developed with our clients’ needs in mind.

No matter where you are in the market research experience, we are here to do the heavy lifting for you.

If you are intrigued by market research but unfamiliar with Lab42’s smart take, we have the answer.

If you’re unsure of the best way to utilize Lab42, our comic strip case studies can provide inspiration.

If you want to ‘beautify’ your data into a visually stunning infographic and impress your clients, your boss, or the press, look no further.

With these changes, there’s one thing that remained the same: our commitment to you. We’ll continue to be the focused, dedicated resource our clients have come to rely upon for timely, on-budget consumer feedback, while also bringing fun into the equation. We’re already looking forward to our next big milestone and are excited to have you along for the ride.
